I ate at a restaurant called Ishii, when the waitress brought me a soda straw and was a small cockroach. (died). It was eating in a restaurant called Wok-burner and large roaches crawling on my table. The food at both places was good, but I dare to eat one of those places again Really -?

No, I saw a cockroach in conversation with the manager about this and not come back because then always think about the cockroach, who had seen, and that gross me out.

Uh, no, I would not. I have not seen an A & W burger joint to a kind of insect, the dining area. I'm too old to play "Russian roulette" with the stomach.
There are about twenty years, I ate at a Chinese restaurant and disappeared long ago in Dupont Circle here in DC. My day and I noticed a cockroach crawling across the table linen. I called the waiter. It was an old Chinese man, who only smiled Lord, took his briefcase and then press the mistake! I asked my partner if she wanted to go, but it seemed he was right. Maybe it's something that (the Asian culture it is a Filipina), but since you received no food and the food was accepted, only.
I ate it, just a day and I could smell the characteristic odor Roach Spray. (There is also a Greek restaurant in Georgetown in the seventies and the staff really cockroach spray, while the customers would eat. No joke!)
It is likely to come today, however.
