What Size Should I Get For Junkfood Should I Excercise Every Day, Or 3-4 Times A Week?

Should I excercise every day, or 3-4 times a week? - what size should i get for junkfood

I am 13 years old, weight 130 kg and my height is 5 '2 '. I really want to be healthy and good food to eat so much garbage. My stomach is HUGE! My parents even told me that I won. lol I'm afraid to wear shirts in my size now, because my stomach is out. Lmao. If practiced every day then I've got for 35 minutes daily exercise. If they have worked 3-4 times per week, then 35 minutes per day. I will also eat more vegetables and fruit and less junk food.

I think he should by exercising 3 to 4 times per week to start. You need to prepare your body for everyday life.

Because you're young, eating healhier planning, and technically are not overweight, I would say maybe 4 times per week, maximum 5 to get your motivation up. Jobs often do not give your body a chance to repair itself and the rest, and are less likely to stay with him if you try to solve every day. His goal is realistic and a lot of time to OT, so take it easy. Good luck!
